California’s Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) announced today that the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) will limit court appearances “to protect the health and safety of our staff and the community,” hearing only expedited hearings on a revised schedule. Filing deadlines have also been revised and extended.
