Never agree to:
- TTD being paid until MMI
- TTD being paid at the maximum (or “max”) rate
- Any other items where your attorney may be securing an Order to pay TD, as you will then be required to file a Petition to Terminate TD benefits.
Note that Minute Orders at a hearing can equate to formal Orders on such issues. We suggest language such as “Nothing in this document shall be construed as an Order to pay TD.”
