Termination for Cause

Termination for Cause: If the employer can demonstrate a good faith availability of permanent mod/alt work and “but for” termination EE would have the job, then EE has no right to SJDB. Plus, EE is required to file Request for Dispute Resolution with AD (Barcenas v. Ramco Enterprises, 2015 Cal.Wrk.Comp. PD LEXIS 91.)
