For heart claims:
1. Identify the condition from medical reports and records.
2. Do internet/other medical research to determine what causes that particular condition.
3. Symptoms are not necessary. It is enough that the condition can be diagnosed. (Smith v. WCAB [1989] 54 CCC 259)
