Eric Barr, of SRTK’s Inland Empire office, recently earned a take nothing on a diabetes claim. The injured worker claimed injury to numerous body parts which were deemed not to have been injured, and the person claimed that their diabetes was caused by the industrial injury. However, the judge ordered the injured worker to “take nothing” on these claims based on a lack of credibility and of substantial medical evidence. Way to go, Eric!
