California’s Department of Industrial Relations announced today that the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) will resume hearing a limited number of lien trials beginning on September 14th. Judges will hear one lien trial per day per judge, using both dedicated conference lines and the LifeSize virtual courtroom platform as needed.
