SRTK invites you to join Anastasiya Franco, Senior Managing Attorney of SRTK’s Orange office, on Wednesday, February 23, as she presents the live webinar “Workers’ Compensation: An Overview From Employer’s Perspective” to the Orange County Bar Association’s Business & Corporate Law Section. The webinar has been approved for 1.0 hours of MCLE credit for attendees.
From the OC Bar Association: This program will provide an overview of the Worker’s Compensation system in California from the employer’s point of view. It will cover insurance requirements for employers, notices to be provided to the employees, and the process of filing a claim. The presentation will also cover the life-time of a typical workers’ compensation claim from start to finish and will provide tips on how to handle work related injuries and mitigate exposure.
