Jesse Peck, of SRTK’s Orange County office, recently earned a take nothing in a case involving two separate cumulative trauma claims against the New York Jets and Armour Risk Management. The applicant allegedly experienced a break in employment as a result of the injuries. Jesse successfully argued that the applicant’s break was not caused by the alleged CT injuries, saving the client over $400,000. The applicant received ongoing medical treatment for multiple conditions as well as reasonable compensation.
